It’s a tough job being in Senior Leadership, but amidst all the vital things that need to be done, it’s vital that you have a vision - an idea about where your school can go and how you can help transform it.
There are many excellent books out there, along with impressive research studies. This website doesn’t aim to compete with these. This is a site for those committed to improving their school and who want to hear from people who have been there and done it. Believe in yourself and hold on to your vision, and you will get there too....
